My daughter and her beloved were recently married in Provence, France. For their ketuba (Jewish marriage contract) they wanted a marriage of imagery of Provence and Israel, representing their two special places in the world. We chose olive branches and figs to surround the traditional Hebrew calligraphy and their own English text.  Calligraphy by artist Ellen Alt.
